even with normal maps added logo is still shiny when moving camera during gear helmet menu but not that noticeable during game play so not a big deal, i suggest not to add the normal maps because it will eat slot for the mod limit and it will crash your game exe, my limit is 16 more than that my game crash others have 15, 17 or 18 mods, my mods are 11 textures, 3 reduce effects, 1 menu and 1 mesh, anyway how about retexture the the rank 2 sword master hat to black that one didn't have a logo.

There's no way to "remove" the logo without retexturing, it's a part of the texture, not the model.
