Is there any chance we could get a version of this mod with armor piercing ammo for M82 and Tac50 only? Because of their use as anti-material rifles? Also nice if their ammo could be renamed to .50 (and maybe increase recoil somewhat) to differentiate them from the other .338 rifles. I'd appreciate armor piercing only if the rest is too hard or too much trouble. Anyways, this is a very nice mod and thank you so much for sharing it with us.
Your mod is excellent! It has given a new look to the sniper class! Could you make a version that includes all the 7.62 ammo and another that includes all the weapons? For fun of course ;)
Both of the files in the mod have the same-named files as already in DBContainerEntry - but different line numbers.
Should we be replacing the existing vanilla files (that is, change the mod line numbers to match those already in DBContainerEntry), or do we insert/drop the two mod files into DBContainerEntry, thus having actually a double set of files with the same name, but with different line numbers?
By chance do you know how is it that when you repack DBContainerEntry that ATK will read (or "replace") the modded two files (or any modded file[s] if they happen to have the same exact name[s]) instead of the default ones having the same name?
I'm simply trying to understand why some mods are to be inserted, such as this one, versus those that have instructions to actually replace any existing files.
Does this mod affect the scopes in any way? I added this mod and it seems like all the weapons that now penetrate enemy helmets also have an increased zoom on the scope.
Image comparison of the M110 and M4A1 Scout, both with the T5XI scope (the reticle is modded from another mod but I've had that for a while now and only seen the scope size difference after installing this mod)
