I pull up the downloaded file and following the directory until I find them, kinda like when you gotta back track in a game. Example
file X23 is in folder Y among many other X files X1 X2 X3 etc etc so I pull up the download folder for File X and keep it up to I can identify it knowing that I am looking for X23, open up folder Y and scroll until I find it, then delete it.

I don't know why but I can't seem to get the IR flashlight to work for no reason. I tried with MAWL, 3dot, ATPIAL. The laser worked as intended, but the IR illumination never worked. Tried the short, medium and long, but none of them worked. Although the normal flashlight worked with every attachment, the IR worked with none. My intention was to use the Laser + IR Illumination with the ATPIAL attachment, but it never worked. Followed the instructions carefully more than 1 time, tried removing some other laser mods that could have been conflicting, yet nothing work. If someone could help me, I would appreciate.
bro use the v2 mod and that's it, if you want any of those to be light and laser put the light file from the Lights and Lasers Update in the main folder DataPC_Resources_patch_01, hit repack and you have ir + lazer and/or lus + lazer (sorry if it's not clear, I'm using the translator to write this)
If your MAWL-DA is always Light + Laser, change the file number from 45770_-_RailAttachment_MAWL[...] to 45763_-_RailAttachment_MAWL-DA[...]. I struggled with the MAWL-DA file specifically (Laser, Laser + IR, Light, Light + Laser) being the same whatever option I picked, while the others worked just fine. Finally, I scrolled through the DBContainer folder, found the original file, and saw that it had a different number. Changing the mod file to have the vanilla number made it work as intended.
Out of curiosity, is it possible, in the case where I want all my lasers to be green, to just install the red lasers from step one? (and not install the data files for the light+laser, light, ir, etc)
