This Launcher will launch your game with Vulkan API.

This Launcher will launch your game with Vulkan API, mainly AMD users should benefit from this, gaining up to 10FPS, and some smoother gameplay, experience will vary depending on user hardware, works with nVidia too, though havent tested it myself dunno does it run better for team green.
Note that, Vulkan generates shader caches on launch and through the game as it goes, so you might observe some hitches when it happens (Depends on PC), but for example going through same area next time should be butter smooth.
