A remake of "The new map in HD" mod but for the definitive edition.

This mod replaces the entire map with a brand new HD map.
It adds streetnames, roadsigns and ocean names.
It also changes the 3D GTA V style map back to the classic 2D version.
Installation:
Place .pak file in ~mods folder. That's it.
