Hey do NOT download this, it looks awful. Completely washes out the entire game and provides 0 visual upgrades. Does not look good at all, and lowered my fps by quite a bit doing it. Pretty useless.
Awful mod. I don't know why this is so high up on the downloads. Modders should accept criticism too without having a hissy fit. Don't download, much better visual mods out there with much clearer and friendlier modders

Hey man idk if u still mod this game or sum, but I wanted to ask something, maybe u noticed the new update for the definitive edition that adds the og atmosphere, it looks cool, but it disables the volumetric effects, is it too hard to turn them on again? That was one of the few things I liked ab this version and i wanna know if I can turn them on again, I hope u read this.
Why does this mod severely impact FPS even on a high end PC?, I'm on an i9 12900k paired with RTX 3060 12gb, 32gb ddr5 ram running the game off an nvme m.2 ssd and i get easily 90fps on average at 4k res with all graphic settings at ultra but when i add your mod in to the game my FPS barely goes past 29 resulting in an unplayable state.
Yes, I had this problem too. I had to uninstall the game and reinstall it to get rid of the mod, because i don't know how to uninstall the mod otherwise. I also deleted the files in the game directory after I uninstalled the game.
After you installed the mod, for some reason the game sets itself to a 30 FPS cap every time you start it, so all you have to do is go to the graphics settings and change it back to unlocked.
It doesn't matter if 3060 is high end or not, the point is still valid going from 90fps to 29fps is a big no no even if this mod transforms the graphics to GTA 6 like, getting 1/3 of original fps is ouch.
