    no me deja instalarlo me dice: la ejecucion no puede continuar por que no se encontro mss32.dll. este problema se puede solucionar reinstalando el programa. que puedo hacer por favor ayudameee

   When you use compatibility mode, does the game make the save file exclusive to that mode you used? i've downloaded this mod to avoid having to use compatibility mode, now my save is gone.

   I noticed this issue when playing the game without the mod on Windows 10. Why is it when I disable the Frame Limiter that the game will slow down my reverse when driving among other problems? I don't think the mod fixed this, but the GTA III fix mod did solve the issue on that game.

      Same happens in SA, it is a well known issue and it has not been patched yet -if ever-.
      
      EDIT: This has been fixed and updated on the patch.

   I just tried this on my HP Envy Laptop after I just bought the game on Steam.  Doesn't work, at least not for me.

      Does the game even open with its original files? Look for AV blocked files as some of them might be recognized as 'false positives'.

      broke the game for me.
      
      the unmodded steam version does seem to work with the frame limiter turned on, but the sound library is jumbled. Infernus sounds likes faggio scooter, random gunshots when running instead of footsteps, all kinds of strange crap.
