Hi everyone!
I've modified the handling of all the cars + bikes. Changed the speed, brakes, center of gravity, suspension and wheel traction. Let me know what you think, and if there's any problematic cars.
Installation:
Always make a backup!
Paste the new handling.dat file inside the "GTA Vice City Nextgen Edition/common/data" folder, replacing the file.
