How do I install this mod as the instructions given in the readme file are not clear where do I even find this GTA Vice City Nextgen Edition/common/data folder, can someone please guide me on this.
Very Fun and easy to use, and to be honest i like this more than the "Official VCNGE Vehicle Patch" and can you change the crosshair position for shooting driveby ? cus some car stil get the crosshair pretty close to the car and its really annoying
this mod has really fixed the cars, thank you so much. one question though,are you going to change boats. they are so slow, making the speed a slight faster would be good and apreciated. i used this old handling file editor program but it made my game not work after using it.
Appreciate the mod, vehicle's handling is now a lot closer to how Vice City should feel.
But is there any chance you can update it to fix the worst handling vehicle in the game, the RC Helicopter? I replayed the mission again, and it still seems to have the same godawfule handling from before. Pretty sure it has fullsize chopper controles mapped to the RC one.
