Bug note: Do not choose 'Zero Red' on an organ with -1 white skulls. There is a glitch where if you choose 'Zero Red' on an organ with 2 red and -1 white skulls, the organ will disappear. This is because the game thinks the organ is corrupted and deletes it. An organ with 0 red and -1 white skulls could never normally be created in the game.
The issue has been resolved in 1.2.0. The simplest thing to do was to prevent the option for 'Zero Red' on those organs.
When I add one of the important organs to the table, sometimes it gets deleted. I still dont have the cultist perk so i cant say what stats it had.. This happen the instant I click to add, even before it shows the options for that organ.
Works fine on my system. Maybe it is conflicting with other mods. Try running the game with only this mod enabled. (don't save the game, just check to see if it works). If there is still a problem, try downloading and using Instant Organ Upgrades 1.1.1 Fix and see if that old version works. Others have confirm that version works.

Then copy the dll file in my mod into the BepInEx 'plugins' folder.
In game press F1 to see mod options and set the sin shard cost.
