- -More small improvements such as updated text files and other stuff I've forgot for unknown reasons

- -Mainly huge ambient color improvements for several weather and time presets to make shadow color/brightness settings more adjusted to the sky
- -Improved materials for light prop models + adjusted light colors to fit the warm ambient colors at night
- -Improved colors for cloudy weather at 7pm to make the environment less blue and dark
- -Improved direct lighting and ambient colors for extra sunny and sunny at 9am and and 6pm to make the lighting less colorful/orange
- -Improved ambient settings for all weathers at 9pm and 5am to make night colors more appear like midnight and less yellow/orange

- -Changed midday appearing of sunny windy weather to a more colder tone

- -Project Thunder added to recommended mods folder
- -HQ EFLC weapon packs added to recommended mods folder
- -Removed Liberty Rush from recommended mods folder since I can't guarantee a 100% compatibility with each patch anymore (Still a good mod!)

- -Improved wire shader which makes all wires cast shadows (A lot of thanks to AssaultKifle47 for creating this shader)
- -Improved top and horizon sky colors at 9am, midday and 6pm for extra sunny, sunny and sunny windy weathers (Patch 7, 8 and EFLC only)
- -A new improved look at 7am, 9am, midday and 6pm for sunny windy weather (Patch 7, 8 and EFLC only)
- -Fixed fog for patch 7, 8 and EFLC which means that foggy, rainy, drizzle and lightning weathers are closer to patch 4 now (Patch 7, 8 and EFLC only)
- -Traffic light models from "GTA IV & EFLC Graphics Fix Beta 1.2" added to fix emissive light flickering issues
- -Less weird appearing horizon sky and fog colors at higher air distances
- -Less obvious yellow static vehicle texture at 7pm and 8pm thanks to the new static vehicle texture
- -Updated Reshade preset with better AO, a new sharpen filter, new clarity filter settings + a guide to hide Reshade shaders from any HUD/UI elements
- -Better organized "Optionals" and "Recommended Mods" folders
- -ZolikaMenu, Various Fixes and a few other new mods added to Recommended Mods folder
- -A lot more minor improvements to several time and weather presets (Basically stuff I unfortunately forgot)
