Hi, GTA with DXVK doesn't work for me It crashes at launch after a black screen in windowed mode and without DXVK the game launches fine, but loses all its framerate stability I don't know if it's linked to the nvidia driver, to vulkan...
I've done a clean reinstall of the game, reinstalled the nvidia driver, tried old versions of dxvk, nothing helped I don't know if the dxvk log could give any info, I can give it if needed
The game ran very well with DXVK on my old PC so that's surprising, I tried several tweaks.
UPDATE : the problem is the latest nvidia driver, I downgraded to a february driver and the game works perfectly with dxvk now, this may be useful if you have this problem with the same specs as mine: 5700X3D/5070Ti
Does it work for version 1.2. 0.59?? I've been trying to get it to work for hours and there's no way. I don't know exactly what I'm doing wrong. The description is a bit confusing, but I've tried to follow all the steps, but there's no way. In my case, I have a 3080 GPU and a 4K 144 Hz monitor. thanks
1st i installed this mod did it carefully and then i installed a cheat trainer that downgraded the game to what ever version it needed to run the trainer and now the game runs smoother thanx to this mod and a lucky cheat trainer ( cant remember name) that downgraded the game to run it better LOL
Tried installing this 3 times in the span of 4 years where I upgraded my hardware from a 4c/8t cpu to a 8c/16t cpu just to go above 60 fps, and regardless of my system specs it always makes my game have lag spikes but it lets it go above 60fps and never hits 120.
8th march 2025 - downloaded this got it all set up and running and now i can run the game with hardly any lag at all and all the graphics are cranked up to max / and atleast i followed the instructions unlike some people who cant even follow a paper map home LOL
