Would there be a way to make this mod like a script mod? The mod works fine, the problem is that Rockstar Games Launcher wants to update the game every single time I replace the files. This is annoying. So, there should be a way to not replace the files directly. OpenIV has this system implemented on GTA V by creating a mods folder, I don't understand why they didn't implement this on GTA IV.

Hi there, I had completely forgot that the Rockstar Games Launcher auto-updates all games as I have only owned the game on CD and Steam :((
I will see if I can get it working via an modloader as I think thats the best bet, if im succesful i'll add another link and update the description to help RGL users.
**A TEMPORARY fix would be to turn off "Enable automatic updates" in the options for the desired game in the Rockstar launcher settings but from my experince with others this will need to be done each time when starting so its not a fix but more like an "workaround" for now. -
Got a great update for you, I managed to get Zolika1351 to add suport to thier mod launcher for my mod to work with it! This should be the perfect fix for you as no files will be replaced! I have updated the Download links to now include the "Modloader version" for anyone on RGL like yourself, I have also left a google document inside the folder with instructions and general help :D

Hey there, that's okay i'm happy to help. If you have OpenIV installed on your PC it is super easy! You can find this in the requirements tab in the description section of the mod or search google and get it installed, simply double-click the file "PS4 Button Icons.oiv" to start the installation process!
