Restrictive Personal Use License - KH3R0S C0RP - GTAV Mod

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This software and associated documentation files (hereinafter referred to as the "Mod") are licensed, not sold. By downloading, installing, or using this Mod, you (the "User") agree to be legally bound by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Mod.

1. Grant of License:
The copyright holder (KH3R0S C0RP) grants the User a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use one (1) copy of this Mod solely on their personal devices for the sole purpose of private, non-commercial use.

2. Strict Restrictions:
The User is expressly PROHIBITED from doing any of the following without the prior written consent of the copyright holder:
a. Distribution: Distributing, sharing, hosting, publishing, transmitting, selling, renting, leasing, sublicensing, or otherwise transferring the Mod to any third party, by any means (including, but not limited to, P2P networks, websites, forums, cloud storage services).
b. Copying: Copying the Mod or any part thereof, except for a single personal backup copy intended solely for the User's own use.
c. Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, translating, adapting, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, structure, or organization of the Mod.
d. Commercial and Lucrative Use: Using the Mod for any commercial, advertising, promotional, or profit-generating purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, charging for access to the Mod, bundling the Mod with a commercial product or service, using the Mod to generate revenue (directly or indirectly), or soliciting/accepting donations in exchange for or in connection with the Mod.
e. Derivative Works: Creating derivative works based on the Mod. Any modifications made strictly for personal use may not be distributed under any circumstances.
f. Removing Notices: Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained within the Mod.

3. Intellectual Property:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Mod (including, but not limited to, code, graphics, sounds, text, and any other components) are and shall remain the exclusive property of KH3R0S. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Mod, only a limited right of use as defined herein. All rights not expressly granted in this license are reserved by KH3R0S.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties:
THE MOD IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability:
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MOD OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE MOD. USE OF THE MOD IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Termination:
This license shall terminate automatically and without notice if the User breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease all use of the Mod and destroy all copies of the Mod (including the backup copy) in their possession or control.
