1. Script Hook V - http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
2. Openiv - https://openiv.com/
3. Packfile Limit Adjuster - https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster
4. Simple Trainer - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav

Installation:
1. Copy "mods" folder in to your game directory.
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\
2. Use OpenIV and edit "dlclist.xml" file.
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
open dlclist.xml in edit mode(right click and edit) then add this new line.
<Item>dlcpacks:/bugc/</Item>
Save it and close OpenIV.
3. Now run the game.

How to Spawn:
1.You can use Simple Trainer or Any Trainer and fiend "Spawn it by name".
And Type this - bugc
