** How to Install "Re-Textured Sticky Bombs": **
1: Get OpenIV's Latest Update
2: Run OpenIV as Admin and select GTA 5 Windows
3: Select your GTA V Directory
4: Load OpenIV
5: Click on Common.rpf
6: Click Data
7: Click Effects
8: On The Top Bar Click Edit Mode
9: Right Click on explosionfx and hit replace
10: Extract the downloaded folder which this text document is
11: Select the Modded explosionfx
12: Replace
13: File on OpenIV and Click Rebuild
** How To Use This Mod **
When throwing a stick bomb on a car now makes you wait longer for the fire to go away. Throw a sticky bomb on someone now makes them smoke after being burnt.
