Just drop "HD inside track minigame" folder into your "modloader" folder.
In case you have installed Atmosphere Interace Pack (recommended in order to get the rest of this minigame in higher resolution) or another mod
which replace LD_OTB.txd file just replace that file at modloader/Atmosphere Interface Pack/models/txd or wherever is installed.
