   This is really cool! I haven't played much guitar hero since I was a kid (A bit of clone hero here and there). I don't know much about the modding scene for this game but I'd love to have an OBJ or something else I can rig in blender. Do you have any files or programs that would let me work with this?

      It's literally Blender, it works with OBJ but you'll go through the hassle of rigging it as that format is meant for static objects

      Thanks for your response! I'm still a little confused. I downloaded the files and all I see are .xen files (After googling, it's the gh3 proprietary format).  Even after removing that part of the extension I get .SKE, .img, .skin, and .tex files, none of which work in Blender.

      You need NXTools plugin for Blender to interact with the game's proprietary formats
