Ported Brutes from Halo 3 into Reach. Uses their pre-release model as their retail model can't be extracted using Tool atm. Ranks do not match up with Halo 3, as I'm working on a with very different health/shield values and ranks, and some animations/frame events may be missing, though the rest of the tags should be 1-to-1 with Halo 3.
