I added the step-by-step instructions in a Change Log file in Miscellaneous Files for how to recreate the mod using Assembly (available at https://ci.appveyor.com/project/ThunderWaffle/assembly/build/artifacts).  Due to other commitments, I will no longer be taking the time to recreate it.  However, if anyone will to put in the time (about 16 hours) to do it, as I have many, many times, I'd be happy to reupload it here and give credit to whomever does it.  Thanks!

Instructions:
Download and manage with Vortex.

1) Open the zip file and copy .map files into the halo 2 maps folder of your Halo The Master Chief Collection installation (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Halo The Master Chief Collection\halo2\h2_maps_win64_dx11).
2) Play "Halo: MCC Anti-Cheat Disabled (Mods and Limited...)" and enjoy!
