Variant with louder Roars

Lower Roars volume by 20% as it was too loud before and increased the volume of stomps a bit more

Roars' volume is lower and closer to in game balance
Footsteps are just as audible.
A variant for those who want a quieter but still louder than the vanilla experience but want their eardrums intact.

Made Tanks Treads, engine, and idle sounds even louder. Barrager Tanks rockets now have improved audio as well as slightly bass to their various explosions

Updated Archive IDs with the proper ones as the patch_X.stream was breaking other mods
