UPDATE 15/2/25: I was working on adding stalkers and other mods but my Ram decided to brick and corrupt my hard drive as well. It's fixed but I lost a lot information in the process. Be patient with me working on the next update.
Do you plan on making new audio for the Berserkers? I feel like they are the most egregious example of a lack of proper audio, somehow having little to no sound for the CHAINSAW ARMS
I gotta say, I love this mod. I think it could still be tweaked somewhat though. Bile Titans are way too loud when they are far away. They sound like they're right next to you when they are 200 meters away, which is a bit silly (and at that distance, the sound should have a delay, too).
All in all, great mod. I wish AH would take inspiration from it and tweak audio in the actual game to make it more readable.
This mod doesn't crash the game. If your game is crashing, try disabling/purging your mods once to get in the game, and then restart.
The latest version from February 5th seems to still be working after today's update. I could hear hulks and gunships quite well with the mod's mix. Haven't played against terminids or illuminate yet.
I REALLY appreciate this mod. Makes Big Heavies seem like it at a distance. That stomping charger or Bile Titan sound more ominous at a distance! Love it. However I have noticed that there may not be functioning sounds for the Bot Tanks and such. I can hear the Hulks stomping around, but I still never hear any extra Tank noise.
Tanks may need another rework pass. I'm just curious if I'm the only one not hearing Tanks with this Mod. Thanks. (Still really love this mod - almost required)
Hi, I added it successfully with the mod manager but for testing purposes later uninstalled it via the same method. Now when I try to add it again, it's not showing up. This problem doesn't occur with the Chaff units mod, only this one. I've tried deleting the mods, mod manager, even a clean uninstall of the game and its mod folder, but nothing seems to fix it. It doesn't show up on the mod manager menu anymore and I can't tell if it's working, haven't played with the mod long enough to tell the difference. Making sure I'm using the newest Mod Manager too.
Edit: Looking at the log, it says "Helldivers2ModManager.Stores.ModStore -> Error: Mod directory already exists in storage" after trying to add again. Went into the storage directory to delete it manually, after doing so and re-adding it showed up. Will report this bug to the Mod Manager page.
