This has been fixed in version 2.0.0 of the mod. They do function correctly and pop.

No, currently some technical challenges are not allowing that to happen. Hopefully, it will be figured out and the mod will be updated to fix that.

Amazing mod - but as others have said, as of the March 2025 "Space Cowboy" patch, it crashes the game on launch.

This is a superb mod! One thing I would like would be a minor reskin (optional file or edit option within HD2 mod manager) which allows us to pick a gray color scheme warthog. I realize there is another mod on Nexus that has the gray warthog, but that version does not have functioning popping tires. This mod is superior, imo, due to functional tire pops.

But... why 'Warthog'? I mean, it doesn't really look like a pig. I think it looks more like a puma.

Is there a way to download this without being forced to download the mod manager?

Yes, just put them inside the data folder of your hd2 then make sure you change the numers from 0 to 1, 2, 3, etc

I really like this mod can I make a suggestion? could you make it a blue paint like the SEAF colors and have the SEAF on the back instead of the UNSC?

great looking mod, but for some reason i haven't gotten it to work for me. i have others installed that work without issue, but even after renaming the files it just refuses to cooperate. bummer. either way - nice job on this man!

There's a Linux Port of the mod manager. Have you tried that?

Could you fix the headlights? Currently the one on the right is completely obstructed. I'd also love to see the color tweaked to be more olive like an actual Warthog rather than the green color being used atm.
Otherwise great work, especially with the turret, it looks really seamless even when rotating!
