Hmm, I will test further, It replaces a beeping sound as that is the only one that emits from the Monolith at sufficient volume, It is possible if you only spent say 30 seconds around the Monolith that you caught it in between playing the sound. Was it emitting the wishgranter dialogue in a quiet or loud way after being destroyed?
