Make sure you got the correct install, and this mod is an Eagle-1 mod, if you got other mods installed at the same time, you may wanna remove them and do a run test only include this mod (And the language, you know there're two language settings right? one for the text, one for the voice, you only need to change that voice setting to Japanese)
There is no problem with the language part. Your another mod (Pelican) is working normally but this one is not. I have not downloaded other mods before this one ; w ;

Also, I wanted to point out the intonation of 「誰だ」 at the end of 「次は誰だ！」 (0:30 in demo video) feels somewhat off.
