Graphical glitches are expected since DX11 isn't the official supported API but I've only encounter one till now.
If you want to report that a specific card is crashing, or if you want to report a graphical glitch, you can do so by setting up a bug report with your specs and a description of the issue. But please make sure it is 100% related to DX11 before reporting anything. Please be aware that there's nothing I can do to fix any of these issues but it might be possible to find workarounds.

Graphical glitch that seems to be related to clear-cloudy sky and wind, and some graphics settings (Volumetric Clouds). Sometimes the clouds aren't rendering properly. Pretty sure it is only happening on my 1060 and not my 3060 Ti. Pretty sure it fixes itself after a while.
Have you tried using the manual launch command. Go to the game properties in steam and type "--use-d3d11' without the" ". More than likely your experiencing the same issue as many other with amd cards are. The mod just uses that launch command so unfortunately it seems the latest patch is breaking dx11 for many amd users.
On my ROG Ally X (AMD Apu) the launch command still works and gives me about 10-15fps more than dx12. It does cause one graphical glitch with the capes. They don't fully render all the cape features which makes some look way better and others almost solid black. With Dx11 + Frame gen, I'm getting 100+ fps where dx12 was closer to 70-80 fps. Only a few settings on low like shadows, clouds, and particles. The rest like textures and draw distance are ultra and the rest medium.
It seems like the mod is not working anymore since the update. Would be great if you could do something, it helps a lot pf people palying this game properly.

There's nothing to update, it's just a launch option. AMD cards have been known to crash with it, so if you have an AMD card you probably can't do anyhting.
I did the exe file and got everything working. When I'm in the destroyer I get substantially more fps on DX11 than I do normally but once I go into a planet I get worse fps than I did without DX11. I am running the game on ultra preset apart from volumetric clouds and fog being at lowest, and I have async compute off because I already know it tanks my fps. I play diff 10 so that accounts for a massive load of enemies, I'm just curious why my fps ends up worse on planets all of a sudden if there's anyone who has a clue why?
Edit: I'm also on an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER, not an AMD just to clarify as I've seen problems with AMD going around in the comments.
