Full-Color Variant Coming soon™. A lot still needs to be figured out for how capes work atm, so it may be a bit. Stay tuned for more quality mods in the meantime.
It's still an uphill battle that is going by very slowly for cape modding. All the capes you see out have the fabric texture removed. We're still currently trying to see if we can get those bumps of the fabric back instead of it being a smooth cape but until then, no cape just yet.
The current version of the cape has the bumpiness, though. Can I get a bit of clarification as to why that works on the current one but not the new version you're working on?
I would recommend you join the Helldivers 2 Modding Discord as it has the information listed in technical details there but put simply, changing the colors on a cape breaks the thatching bumps and on this orange cape I did not change the colors, just the pattern it appears as since the Tideturner cape is already black and orange.
Ah, I see. Honestly I didn't know what color the Tidetuner was and thought the use of that cape in particular was a symbolic thing. Y'know, turning the tide against Sony and all
Hi, I really liked the cape and how torn it is, I was wondering if I could make a version without the orange logo because it's the only torn cape I've seen and I like it a lot XD, if you can't do it that's okay, i know it's really hard to make mods D:
I had a genuine question for ya My mate and I just got into modding hell divers to make it look cooler. But even tho all the cape mods look really cool. I was wondering how to make a custom cape. I know how to use a blender so my friend was like. learn. Sooo could you perhaps tell me how to do that?
