   I don't know if it is on purpose or unavoidable, but there is a rail going through the weapon's texture near the weapon cross.

   While It's awesome to see this, and that the Retro Lancer Retro Lancer is an assault rifle, i figured that it would also fit at being the R-2124 Constitution due to the whole "Bayonet" part of the gun.

   there is a huge lack of variety in weapon mods, if you made this weapon available for replacing different guns would be pioneering.
   
   That said, would it be possible to make this one also by option, replace the Tenderizer?

      yes, but the mag position is different, and would require me to create a completely custom model to do so or kitbash it i guess MIGHT work

      if possible, please make it for the liberator, it is not even necessary to correct the position of the mag, just a model for the liberator is enough
