Im trying the Command W40K Full mechanicus, and the mission control DO, not togheter, just first one and then another. But... im not sure if im doing it wrong, because is not working. Im using the HD2ModManager, i have just 2 other mods and the other ones work fine.
Sorry to bother, RiqCrow, maybe is because the new update and this files are from 22 and 23 on December 2024?, it is just me or is something normal for now and currently not working?
no issues since last update did not touch audio archive system, that was a month ago. current one broke only visual models due their archive lists updated

1) you can't upload anything else than zip files in nexus 2) you just drop the content into data folder 3) if works fine when my brother downloaded it from here and tested it
sorry it must just be on my end or something because when I click download it says virus detected so I can't download the mod, but when I compare to the tie fighter mod (one the is currently working great) the only notice about difference that I can see is that the Tie fighter one says .zip at the end the the Arc 170 on just says .z.
Ok, i reuploaded the file. nexus page is acting strange and wont show new version (should be version 2.0). but you could try that.
I also noticed windows tagged nexus mods as virus yesterday for other games, but as long as it shows it is virus-scanned (green tag next to file name), it is safe to use, just open the file normally.
I have noticed that guard dog modded audio seems to depend on planet/map, strange as it is. cant do nothing about it. in some maps it works fine, in some it does not, you can test it on various maps/planets, if nothing works, then can't say; these files here work for me and my friends - again only in certain maps.

By any chance is there a way to get the 40K Mission and Control and Democracy officer voices as a separate file from the 40k Eagle-1 voice modifications?
I really like the changes to the mission control, and democracy officer (especially the use of Rogue Trader voice lines) but it conflicts any independent Eagle 1 voice modifications, for example it overtook the Insurgency A-10 pilot mod I was using prior to adding the 40k mission control one from here. In any case thanks for the great voice pack overhauls!
pretty sure you can "overwrite" eagle-1 by naming other eagle-1 audio patch as "patch_1". or vice versa, can't remember if 0 is higher priority or is it the growing number in patch-list.
OH, I had a suggestion/idea, you could use the seismic charge sounds from the jango fett and obi wan chase scene for a 500kg bomb. I thought it would really round out your sw strategem sounds. Just an idea!
issue with the 500kg is that explosion sounds included within the stratagem files...are not the actual explosion audio when the bomb triggers. it sounds when eagle launches the bomb, for some reason. when I tried to search where the explosion sounds actually are, they are most likely in shared stratagem files, which would mean tampering them would turn every certain type of explosion into seismic charge, and I dont personally find it too good
when i tried to tamper seismic sound into trigger sound, the actual explosion (and objects destroyed) sounds kinda cover it completely, so i dont think will touch it further.
