Does it make the keyboard keypad work with every door and safe in the game Or does it make various doors and safes in the game, including some in H1 or H2, to have workable keypads?

Any code you enter will 'work' and open the door/safe in question.
So, basically said again, any door or safe in H3 that has an existing keypad will now accept 'any' code entered as 'valid' and open.
