      Well actually, probably the ica training facility, but which one? Arrival, guided training, freeform training or the final test. Sorry if this is dumb,

      You could do a reimagining of Traditions of the Trade. You could use the militia guys from Paient Zero as Fuches' guards

      i have hitman 3 free starter pack i think i can't play this custom mission because i don't have the full game

      I don't think it'll work since you have no access to the China map but you can still try
