Hi, can you please make option to replace the Winter Sports suit instead. That suit is basically a reskin of tactical turtleneck so it would be great to replace it with this outfit. It would be a shame to replace the snow festival coat as it actually looks cool. Please consider this request.
When i think about it. i wonder why IOI didn't add this into the game. Like they have the model and have used it in a cutscene, all they need to do is just have it ported into the game (probably lowering the polygons and textures enough to make it work properly)
The models are basically identical; the only problematic model was the collar fleece, which required editing to not clip so horribly on the chest area.
Still, you raise a good point, and that's why this mod exists.
I mean, still, IOI is out here making edits of outfits that exist, and yet for them to have this outfit already in their possession and also showing it off in a cutscene. You would think they would just do the edit to fix that issue and make it available in-game.
Honestly they could have made it a suit for completing the main campaign or maybe doing the whole campaign on hard mode or something like that since it only shows up in a cutscene that opens up after beating the whole story. Yet even now, they can still do it, but idk why they don't yet. Maybe a Winter Seasonal challange reward or something.
I don't disagree, but in order to make a model from a cinematic usable, they'd have to edit it to make it have LOD's so it can be optimised for the game. It's not non-zero work, and I can understand why It's taken so long. My mod certainly isn't perfect, I still have to get rid of some clipping behind 47's neck.
I still wish someone had tried to make it into a proper, usable suit in IOI. The outfit has been in the game since the release of Hitman 3, so IOI had plenty of time for the post-game content to make it possible if they wanted. They just didn't want to.
The outfit parts are in-game, but the outfit itself is not. Again, I had to edit the collar to make it not clip so badly. There is a reason they didn't make it in-game and that's one of them I suspect.
