Note: This mod only works with the English language and might conflict with other mods that edit in-game texts and subtitles.
In the latest version of the game, they significantly reduced the frequency of Ignatia's lines, and I do not know how to change it back, so you won't hear these lines often.

Put the mod in ..\Steam\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\~mods
