So... I noticed the mod is called BLACK cravat... Why in my game, is it WHITE? Just curious. I think the white looks good too, but would appreciate having the black option I thought I would be getting.

It should be black as it is in the pictures. White is the vanilla color and means the mod/texture isn't working.

No. The vanilla texture has a dark purple vest. The vest is silver, and the cravat is white with a silver broach. I'll link a screenshot of it. It's definitely different.

Could be a conflict or a bad download.

I checked in my game and it works.

Below is an image of where the files should be installed for the Steam version of the game along with the file sizes.

The mod uses Pakchunk 140 and modifies file "T_HUM_M_Upp_DarkArtsDeluxe01_D.png", so anything that uses the same Pakchunk or modifies the same image file will conflict.

      I'll try downloading it again.

Can u please create a mod for black color fingerless gloves. It can't be bought and one of the hardest to find. Please just change one of the
fingerless ones to black color which can be atleast bought at the store
    like the brown one maybe.

Recommend using Alohomora Mod (Cosmetic and Conjuration Items) it will unlock items in the Appearance Menu and allow you to change the appearance of the gloves you're wearing to the black finger-less ones.

I use the (Cosmetic and Conjuration Items) file which is the second file listed on the download page.

can you make a gold button and brooch metal version like the gold trim version of https://www.nexusmods.com/hogwartslegacy/mods/388?tab=posts

will you also touch up the hat scarf and gloves?

Do you mean the Debonair Ensemble outfit that the character is wearing under the robes?

"will you also touch up the hat scarf and gloves? "

I have been thinking about the hat, but hadn't considered tinkering with the scarf and gloves.

The Debonair Ensemble appears to use material textures, which I'm not familiar with...so that is something I cannot do. At least not at this time.

I have been playing with the hat texture (without skulls&smoke)...

so you can't make the buttons and brooch on the dark arts outfit gold? shame, though I can't wait to see the rest of the outfit finally match, hell even if it's just the hat I'd be glad, the gloves can be swapped with the black leather gloves and the scarf is really optional

Thank you so much for this mod!  It is just perfect.  Much nicer than others I've tried that are just too all-black.  Yours still has the same Dark Wizard feel but better than the original.  That cravat always bothered me but making it black really makes the outfit work.  And it works for witches too!  Great job!
