There is now a pak file which must be installed for Ultra+ to work properly.

Some people have requested the performance changes only. This is a little more, it's the performance/stutter fixes and gamma/contrast changes, but that's all.

This is Ultra+'s fixes merged with the new May game files for those who want to test. I haven't had a chance to test yet but it shouldn't cause any problems.
