This .rar contains the .dll that are causing the most problems, (Xcurl.dll, NRI.dll, NRD.dll, NRC vulkan.dll).
Tested on an AMD RX 6650 XT and it solved it for me, also allowing AMD Fluid Motion Frames to be activated
NOTE: For some strange reason, when I launch the game with MEDAL (the app for recording clips), it WON’T LET ME ENABLE AMD FLUID MOTION FRAMES. Just close Medal, and it SHOULD LET YOU ENABLE IT AGAIN. Let me know if this works for you!
