Due to how Vortex can cause a lot of headache for both modders and mod user with installing mods and managing mods, many modders either tell you to use a different mod manger or manually install them.
Best example of this are BG3 mods, many modders recommend and require you to use the BG3 mod manger instead of Vortex for installing and managing mods. a lot of their mods need to be loaded before and after and vice versa with other mods to work well togeather.
Plus I've have had many issues with using Vortex for mods to the point i only use it for Skyrim SE, Fallout 4, Cyberpunk 2077.
Also i have wrote down many, many time on my mod pages how to manually install them. There are modders here that never/refuse to make there mods "Vortex compatible", they are rare to see but they are around here.
Maybe? if there's more folks who want it on Costume D i guess? (i kinda picked extra a just to start modding giorno) but i do have plans on making a mod for Costume D as well.
