About this mod
1 gear unlocks all upgrades for update and DLC. Skill UI is bugged, but at least this mod works again.

Original mod this newer mod is based off of: Unlock All Gear Mods With 1 Gear (without it this mod wouldn't exist)
Fixed connecting infinite loop glitch from this ^ older mod.
This mod allows you to do one mission for each tier to unlock all the upgrades (for that tier), instead of having to get them all legitimately. It also allows you to equip all the upgrades you want regardless of the bar at the bottom. DLC upgrades are supported.
To install: Place the dropzone folders in your game directory and add this to launch options (the " ." at the end is required.)
You will need DLCPacker for the DLC skills to work
