In steam, right click Just Cause 3, click properties. Copy and paste this into launch options --vfs-fs dropzone --vfs-archive patch_win64 --vfs-archive archives_win64 --vfs-archive dlc_win64 --vfs-fs . include the dot " ." at the end. It should look like this:

Now, right click Just Cause 3 again in steam, click manage, click browse local files. Put dropzone folders into that directory. Should look similar to this:
I had the same problem as some other people. Not being able to activate the upgrades. The only fix I could find was completing one Gear Challenge for each type of gear.
facing same issue. mod author sayin to scroll left and right lol but it doesn't matter. yeah, you may be able to hover over the options but you CANNOT activate them even if you have more than 1 gear
Author I recently downloaded the mod and it techinally works however I am having the same issue as these other people. It says I have a 4/1 gears on all of the other MODs so I cannot activate them. I can onlky activate the first one.
Hi first of all thanks for the mod. Everything works fine except for sea bavarium heist mod, for some reason it's the only one that doesn't change. I noticed that its because of dlc packer only doing it to other two dlcs and not this one. Do you know how to fix it?
i have installed this mod after completing half the game ,, i am facing an issue where i cant select the gear mods as in it is not getting selected ,, now do i still have to get 1 more gear mod in each category again?
As was said before all of the nodes are stacked on top of each other and it's impossible to actually select any of them (yes i have gears), is there anything specific that has to be done or?? it's possible to select and deselect mods that were already unlocked so its seeming like all this mod does is just stack them all ontop of each other instead of unlocking them

You can use wemod to unlock all the gears temporarily until you restart the game.
