Just so people realise the full affects of the Crimper situation as Clover said, if you haven't downloaded this mod yet, be aware that you will need a lot of food to feed a Crimper so he's advisable for mid/late game to me, unless you're using him for a one off raid on a base or something.
So found one of this in town, then I tried to buy one of the beak thing, Town went full war with the nomad faction.
Thieves ninja, Samurai Police, Empire peasant, My own character not under my control, the barkeeper, the surgeon, literally everyone is fighting the nomads.
Son nómadas viajeros vestidos con sombrero de copa negro, es posible que los encuentres en distintas ciudades (normalmente en los bares). También los puedes encontrar vagando por el mundo.
Thanks so much for creating this mod, HaTsUnE NeKo, I really like it :)
When my squad recently made a stop in Black Desert City, they encountered a nomad animal trader/caravan; among their pets for sale were two Crimpers. I thought, why not? and purchased them both. What's a bit odd is that even though each of their parts appears as skeletal/robotic, these have started consuming food. I can hover over their hunger bar and of c., it states that skeletons do not require food and shows a null value, however they had the malnourished/yellow striped background on their pics, and surely enough, they are eating. Perhaps they are going through some type of conversion :) Also, their backpacks have, on the last bit of text in their description, that they are goat backpacks (not a big deal).
In case this helps folks: so far, the only regrets I have are the four swamp turtle pets my squad bought. I love these, how they look, but it was my mistake in underestimating their fully grown size. The next time around, I'll not purchase pets that can't fit through my gates (highest tier now, and lower tiers are even more narrow). I guess if folks have leviathan pets, well -- maybe they do not need gates ;)
Goat Elders are small enough to follow into your huts, if you have 5 elder goats letting them stay indoor, when enemies kicked in they will Crowd together, goats can crush them because they would likely be hit 5 times per second can not even stand up. I use goats to deal food thieves, fishman and holy nation troops. Do not need walls when settled in dangers places
Maybe its just me, but are the robots slow to train? The iron spider I bought seems to get athletics very slowly compared to my people. Dunno if thats intended, or if its even actually happening or I am just looking at its stats more often than normal. (Spider has no pack yet, so is 0% encumbered too)
If it helps, I use this mod in combination with the Tame Beasties mod: this way, your squad can tame a defeated iron spider, and these often have much higher stats, saving you some training time; this way we have a new pet, and it started off with 57 toughness - super pet fun =)!
