   So, I tried this out, and my main character that has lvl 99 strength doesn't get any experience, even after few days and nights of constant uninterrupted training. Is this not meant to max your stats?

   Is it just me or does the Treadmill not have a texture? I've tried reinstalling the mod, but the issue persists. Also what am I supposed to do with the Weight Rack?

   Please does this come first in the load order b4 massive animation to species patch or after it. 
   Example of my load order
   1.Beaififul Females
   2.Gym Training Tools
   3.Massive animation to species patch
   4.reactive world
   And I still can't research it what am I doing wrong

      The load order is correct. Do you perhaps have UWE or Genesis? I think those change the research and building menu systems.

      Its working right now, nice mod by the way, I started training my characters will it get their stats upto 100
