The mod adds to the city of World's End an old man named Mong who who sits in a bar and sells books, ancient science books, engineering research, and AI cores (available for purchase through dialogue in unlimited quantities) at inflated prices (prices are set according to the lore, meaning items that would normally require an army to fight for are priced accordingly).
