Really? I set wooden sandals exception only for Hives, but if you say there are be a problem with this. I use this mod too and my other characters can wear wooden sandals. It looks very strange on Hives so I disabled it.

I don't know about that kind of mod. But if you want, I can try make one.

iirc the mod "Shirts for All" actually also enables everything for everyone aka head and feet for every race (with some noteable bugs that brings)
I can't use the mod with those bugs without using a patch I found for it... but that patch also reverses those undocumented additional changes which that commentor was specifically asking for... so either he could use the mod unpatched or... you could create your own version
