IMPORTANT: If you followed the installation instructions and the mod isn't working for you, the most likely reason is that you have another mod that includes edited hard-copies of the perk tables or other files, overwriting data from other mods and also newer perks from the game itself etc.
Such mods are outdated and shouldn't be used so the best course of action is to identify and remove them. They will often cause issues with even things added by basegame updates or DLCs at a later stage since they "froze" the relevant tables "in time" so you'll have effects like preventing your houndmaster skills from leveling up etc.
this is the ID for the one perk thats eliminates sway (the one you would get with the normal version when you start a new run), not for the one which is skillable with Str and Agi (it may be that with the skillable version, that the same ID as descriped by OT is used for one half of the skillable thingy, but way use this version when u wanne cheat the skill into beeing)
You can buy the royal edition for about 5$ on Instant Gaming. Don't tell me you don't have that amount of money. You will have it to the latest version.
i think it was free on epic store. you could have gotten it from there. For me i was never interested in this game but gladly it was free and i am having some fun so far.
Not working in 1.9.6. Tried everything I know to make it compatible without going into the xml's, but no joy.. It is not conflicting with other mods as I tried it stand-alone as well..

do you know if it's possible to add as an added effect to that perk , -50% reload arrow time and -25% draw bow time ? just to the player ...

Maybe use "Drinking Habit" icon instead, since that perk is no longer that useful with this mod.
It is not conflicting with other mods as I tried it stand-alone as well..
