Instruction for Vortex users: 1. Download the mod file (a zip file) manually 2. Use 7zip to explore the zip file you have just downloaded 3. Go to English folder and drag and drop somewhere else 4. Compress the English folder using 7zip 5. Drag the new 7zip file created from the compression to the [Drop Files] section in the Vortex client 6. Install as usual using Vortex and remember to deploy the mods. You may also want to arrange this mod to be higher up in the load order.
This does not play ball with vortex mod manager. Could you instead create archives per language for easier install? Mod manager is a must have for bigger mod setups.
Update. Got it to work, didn't realize there was another prime folder inside the English folder.
Apparently, "At Your Service, My Lady" is a timed quest. It's not marked as a timed quest via the mod though. I'm not sure if it's the mod or if the mod didn't install right. I checked at the main menu and it ran the pak without any errors.
I don't think "At your service, my lady" is timed. It will fail if you progress too far in the main quest, but you will get a warning before that happens.
I had to remove this mod. I started getting Fatal error messages when trying to start the game. First one saying there was "No License" and the one saying "No Profile Logged In". I tried to find a fix and then I noticed that the legal text on start-up was missing and instead just had a line saying "@legal_text" or something like that so I guessed it might have been a conflict with this mod and after turning it off, the game started correctly again.
I also have the "Unlimited Saving" mod and it warns about this happening to some players so maybe there's a conflict between these two? The only other thing I can think of could also have done it is that I had to put "attributes" settings file in "Read Only" because the game kept resetting the graphic settings.
This has me totally baffled as Timed Quest Indicator is the simplest of text mods. There is nothing logical in the files (it's basically one file) that could cause this. If you remove unlimited saving, and have this mod loaded, does the problem persist?
Just to check: Only the folder TyburnTimedQuestIndicator is in your Mods folder?
Seems like I spoke too soon. The bug returned again after disabling this mod. Must have been pure luck that the game just happened to work again after I disabled it. Or maybe disabling the mod had some other effect on the game because re-enable it and then disable it again makes the game work again. Makes me wonder if maybe Mod Organizer 2 is the real problem.
Edit: I have tried without Mod Organizer 2 and now everything works.
Hi). I strongly recommend for automatic installation of mods on Kingdom Come Deliverence - do not use anything except Vortex, or it is easier to install manually. How to do this - read here .Good luck ) .

There's probably more Vortex users than non-Vortex users.
