Anyone struggling with not returning to first person when dismounting horse, if you have a controller then change the user config to what he says in installation xi_y .Click "save",when edited in notepad and not "save as", this way it keeps it as a cfg file and doesnt change the file type. I had not realised this and non of the hotkeys ect were working . hope this helps anyone else who cant get it to work properly . i use 360 controller with rwsd program and mod works perfectly now !
Still works in 2024 KCD 1.9.6. Just make sure to launch the game using Steam else you modified a shortcut's target path of the game. Not doing any of these will cause the mod to not work.
Noob here. None of the hotkeys are working for some reason. I typed in the launch options on steam according to the description page. The camera goes to third when I mount but never returns to first. I tried pressing all the hotkeys and nothing works :/ is there supposed to be spaces like it was typed? Helppppp

I love this mod and use it basically every time I travel on foot or on horse but there's one thing missing, offset editing. Y offset needs to go higher, it's currenlty centering Henry's feet. I tried using Third Person Camera mod together to use its offset settings but it wouldn't work. Is it possible to do something for it?
A really cool, straightforward mod. You can zoom out a lot to get some cool views, feels like an RTS or top-down RPG. Works well with autowalker mod that has 'horse follow path' mode.
I wish that the camera was a bit higher, though, or if there was a setting for it. Would be cool if it also worked on ladders.
Would also be a decent thing if zooming in/out enough would enable/disable the third person camera so we don't have to use the numpad.
