xpm has something to do with experience, that is one way the "More XP or Less XP (PTF)" mod works by adding a buff to the Riposte perk that multiplies it by a set amount. I would very much like a way to manually adjust the multiplier so I can fine tune it to something that isn't to overpowered but at least quicker to level up.
I added a stacking buff for this called cheat_add_buff_xp, it works in increments of 1.5 (50%) on xpm. I didn't consider making it reduce XP though, does anyone want that? I'm not sure what you consider overpowered either. I stacked a buff 10% buff 1000 times and when I open the buffs screen it lags for a while. So I'm trying to use a fairly large increment with a cap so we don't have people with 1000s of buff stacks breaking the game.
Why did you add the "i know what I'm doing" s#*!? You had an opportunity to make it way more convenient and chose not to because 'stupid mod users don't know how to not break saves'?
Does the remove perk command *really* need the mandatory "I know what I'm doing" boolean value?
It's quite frankly really annoying that I have to type that in every single time if I want the command to work, not to mention being kind of patronizing.

I'm having issues with the Cheat mod after updating the game to the latest version.
I can see the game is loading the mods just fine, but when I open the cheat menu and attempt to use ANY of the cheats it just tells me the command doesn't exist. I even downgraded to a previous version of the mod and I still seeing the same issue.

Given how carry weight command works we can probably make stacking buffs/debuffs to alter the derived stats. I just don't know which ones matter.
