There was a bug where looting wasn't possible when using the 500x (and 90x optional) Facial Animations mod. After investigating, it turned out that some important lines related to looting were missing, due to updates made in the latest game version. Thanks to erdeminofff for finding the issue! 🙌

I am wondering if it is possible to have a negative modifier on the facial animations. An odd request, but for silly content creation, it would be useful in many cutscenes to be able to capture consistent footage of the NPC you are talking to without talking, for use in editing later. KDC2 basically mostly focuses on henry when awaiting dialogue choices, and only on the NPC when they are talking.
The ultimate would be something that could turn off the lip-sync (mouth) animations when they talk but preserve the other facial animations. Since you don't necessarily want an entirely static face. But it could be sufficient to say, dial down all facial animations by 80-95% or something -- down from vanilla.
Perhaps this angle is "wrong tool for the job" as some way to modify the camera coords at will could do it (to look at the npc when henry is talking, who is presumably doing "idle" stuff). But in the absence of that, this could work.
For some reason, this mod (maybe in a specific combo with something else) made it impossible to loot enemies, like the loot prompt did not appear at all. I removed mods one at a time, and it started working again after removing this one.
Mod list at the time was Luck Laid Bare, Unlimited saving II, The Futura font replacer, and a custom clothing mod from Steam Workshop.
It definitely worked just fine before the patch at least...
Thanks for the mod. Would you consider making a 10% or maybe 15% version? Something that looks realistic, but less stiff then vanilla. Thanks for your work and have a god one.
I hear ya haha. I don't do realistic versions as that doesn't make sense to this mod. I did however upload a 90x version that is way less but still funny.
I understand haha. I have been comparing your files, and the only difference is playbackWeight = 2.0, and playbackWeight = 5.0, for 90x and 500x respectively. Is this true? Could i just then edit this value to get a 10% increase? if so, to what value should i set it? would it be 1.1? Thank you for your time and response.
Legit best work yet!!! Your mind must be racing with ideas as many of your mods are very different yet all very unique. The world may not understand but I support you!! Could you upload a toned down version so there is less or no clipping with the face/teeth, If at 500% now then maybe 300% might still allow for the wacky horror show but help avoid those issues. If that could be balanced out so it does not clip/seem glitched I would def be running this mod This gives off huge Attack on Titan vibes and I love it!
And yes, I shall not sleep well tonight, much appreciated!
