Hello I've been looking into adding some music into the game and so far it looks manageable but I don't get it what parts in widsh specify track length. If you can write excerpt of it on there would be grateful. Btw thanks for that wonderful mod.
Town music is in progress. Also, where can I listen to "Rattay Feasts"? Do you know the specific file name? Where can I find out the names of the music tracks?
Hi there. Thanks for the mod. But unfortually i have had to remove for now. It seems when in kuttenburg im getting issues where it will cut off tracks and also not play others. so the track integration is not working correctly from what i can hear. Its a grate idear. And i have tryed to look at the logic and bits we can see atm. But its not really make much sense to me. does not seem to call for tracks. With not being able to see how the audio tracks are made in FMOD i can not yet figure out how to structure the audio is let alone the code thats there to play it in sequence. I had this issue with Assetto corsa as well, lol. Anyways thanks for the mod and lets hope for some more info and improvements. Cheers.
Players often imagine various bugs after installing mods. As a modder, I have to waste time dealing with unreproducible issues. I don't know what connection FMOD has with KCD2, but KCD2's music engine uses Sequence Music Engine. There have been tutorials since KCD1 on how to create music mods and sqcb audio.
Ah sorry i thought it was FMOD. It says using FMOD studio in the first link. "Sequence Music Engine is an adaptive music engine. It is a system for playback of pre-existing music material. It is a C++ library with available bindings to CryEngine (via FMOD Studio) and Unity."
The game also has FMOD.dlls files sooo. somethings not correct here.
Well i was pritty shore i has issues with music not playing when im in kuttenburg and after uninstalling music is back. But i will deff give it ago again. Cheers.
Its quite hard to do. FMOD can not open other projects that have already been "rendered". You have to have to org files and layout. Its very tuff to reverse engineer. As far as i have seen there are no docs on how to create or what is needed in the sqcb files. From the docs i have seen you need to make intro's, outro's and infill and well as other parts of music. so its not just oh stick one track here and its done. This is gona take some time. Keep trying peoples. Cheers.
Somehow when I press ESC only once to for example save the game, the current song is skipped, and when I exit the menu by pressing ESC again, it skips the new song that started playing in the menu. So whenever I want to save or enter the menu for any other reason I essentially skip 2 songs every time. I wish that was not the case.

BRAT.sqcb is Rattay Feasts. But does it play on the game?

I can confirm I've heard it, but I tested it in the Trosky area, not in the Kuttenberg area.

Very true.
This is a great mod, thanks for uploading it. I love KCD's music, and wish KCD2 used more of it.

2.Edit "main_layer.widsh" file,add the code.
3.Turn it into a mod.
