I was so frustrated because no one explained exactly how to access the Motion Vector setting, so I made an image guide myself.
How to Find and Set Motion Vector to 0
In the Reshade HOME tab, scroll down to find the NGLighting.fx section. Under this section, you'll see a button labeled "Hints - Please Read for good results." Click on it.
Several options will expand below. Scroll down to find the UI_DIFFICULTY setting. Change its value from 0 to 1 and press Enter.
Now, you should be able to find the Denoiser (Advanced) section above. Click on it.
Once the Denoiser options expand, you will finally see the Motion Vector setting. Change its value to 0 and save the settings.
However, setting the Motion Vector to 0 may cause flickering shadows on the field. It’s best to adjust the value based on your own judgment.

When I use this there like glowing lights around words and everything. But when I take a screenshot to show it nothing shows up. it was Pirate_bloom. FX that gave everything glowing light.
HONESTLY...YOU HAVE CREATED A MASTERPIECE!!!!!! In LOVE with this preset. This just enhances the immersion so much. I did have few issue tho. Just like some of the people I do not see the nice guy light thing after following instructions. However I heard it is very demanding and even top end GPUs suffer from FPS loss, so I am not too bothered by it. However, without nice guy lighting...the preset seems darker. I adjusted the HDR and Curve intensity (I lowered it) to make it little brighter and visible. I would love a optional version without the nice guy included. Again, I understand if you cannot or do not want to. I am just glad we have this.
P.S: I stayed up and restarted my playthrough just so I can experience this game with your preset. Thank you so much for blessing us with this!
Regarding NGLighting - I think the author removed it from linking to reshade directly. There might be some updates coming regarding copyrights or the shaders support has been suspended.
Either way you could find a NGLighting.fx on the web if it doesn't show up in the shaders folder ;)
Hey so I was able to find NGLighting.fx online thru github. I downloaded just that. Is it possible for you to provide a brief guide on what your settings are for that?
The nice guy lighting setting is what's causing the ghosting and what not. I have a 4070 and had to disable it not due to performance but because it was screwing up cut scenes.
For anyone wondering where is the motion vector setting, scroll down to bottom and set "ui_difficulty" to 1. New settings will appear then expand "Denoiser (Advanced)" category and there it is.
